Crypto payments are unlocked by a server-verified confirmation, which can take a few minutes on a busy network. Leave the order page open — it updates by itself. If it is still pending after 30 minutes, contact us with your order reference and the transaction hash.

Download links last 48 hours and allow three downloads. Reopen your order page and a fresh link is issued for the same paid order.
